Rick Kepler
loves the challenge of helping people of all ages and
abilities improve at the game of Tennis. A Member of the USPTA,
Rick
has been teaching tennis for over 15 years. A graduate of the
University
of Southern California, Rick has won 9 senior national doubles
titles
since playing with longtime partner Brian Cory. Rick has been
ranked
No.1 in the nation in Men's doubles 3 of the last 5 years. Rick
is also
the youngest board member in the Nor Cal USTA section. When not
working, Rick enjoys spending time with his wife Lisa and their
three children.
Born
and Raised in
Adelaide,
Australia, Brad has been
ranked No.1 in
Northern California for
the last 3 years. He Played on ATP Tour for 4 years,
and recently coached 4 Top 20 ATP
doubles players. He has trained with
Darren Cahill, Pat Rafter and Pat Cash. He has been Involved
in Australian
Tennis High Performance Mental and Physical Training. Brad has a
Career
high World Singles Ranking top 500, career High World Doubles
Ranking
in the top 300.
Kelly
enjoys focusing on body toning, strength, sport specific
training, and nutrition for all ages. She graduated from
Sacramento State
University and is certified through international Sports
Science
Association. In her spare time she enjoys teaching and
playing piano,
tennis, beach volleyball, jogging on the beach with her dog, and
spending time with her two children. Her desire
is to create a
professional, comfortable, and fun environment to meet your
fitness
goals and needs.
Denise Russo ( Group
Exercise Director )
Denise Russo has been providing Fitness instruction since the early
nineties, including weight training and Aerobic classes.
In addition to
dedication to keeping fit, she has a B.S and M.S in the
science of
nutrition. She is a registered dietician ( RD) and a
certified diabetes
educator (CDE). She is also a certified group fitness
instructor with
AFFA. Denise also teaches nutrition classes at Cabrillo
College.
When not leading a class or training, she can be found
playing with
her children at the beach or park, hiking with husband
Scott.
Tiffany Harmon is a graduate of UCSC 1997 with a Bachelor's
Degree in Psychology. Tiffany has been
nurturing the development of
hundreds of swimmers since 1985. She believes that
personalized and
individual attention given to each swimmer breeds
water safe, water
confident, skilled swimmers. Tiffany is also an
instructor for the
American Red Cross. Tiffany hopes to help swimmers
at Seascape
Sports Club learn new swim skills, perfect existing
strokes while
encouraging a life time of fitness and Fun!
